Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent command of the spoken and written English language, including spelling and pronunciation
We are looking for candidates with:
- Friendly disposition
Enthusiasm, eagerness, enjoys interaction with customers, as well as team members, via phone, email.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service while dealing with escalated customer issues.
Time management and multi-tasking skills
Previous customer service, retail, or call center experience using some type of computerized order management systems will be an added bonus.
Freshers/ Graduates/ Undergraduates can apply.
Delhi/NCR preferred.
